Lago Maggiore - the development of flows

 Just another one variation includes three different parts in three different levels. It is more suitable for the slope. I feel I closer and closer to final solution:)

 This plan looks better... Best view from living room and bedroom. And more clear entire form, just three flows.

Lago Maggiore - first drawings

 These drawings have made for concrete structure of ground floor. Actually we think metal structure and wooden structure are also suitable for this house. The basement of this plot of land is very strong, this is cliff. Next step for these drawings we will organize the road at the right side of plot...

 This variation also has pool, in left part at the end of the cantilever.

 We added the pool. And also few details - openings, windows, partition glass wall.
I still don't like the combination of this form of the house and pool.
But... I think this form is best I've created for this project and, for another things, I want a pool for the house...

 Just few changes in basement... maybe they are not visible enough for first look.
Now left wing of basement has front inclined face and we added spiral stairs.

 Most simple support structure...
Only basic idea about few streams flowing down the mountain play а role in creation of the image.
Also the idea is viewable enough from the bottom...

 This variation has onle three legs as a supporting struucture.
It means the house itself has only one level...
I still like metal as a cladding for this building... We can build wooden structure behind the metal wraping. Cheaper and faster I guess...

 Some wrong intersections are inside the structure.... This model is still in progress.
In this case support structure works as the underground level...

Offf..... course... I realise end face should not be metal.... this is only simple rendering.
But these metal looks are realy cool.
I can just dream about real size casting or 3D printing with metal powder....

Lago Maggiore external cladding stady

Some of new ideas for final decision regarding external cladding...
Actually the subconstraction completely depends on material of the cladding.
Behind the metal it could be metal or wooden structure... but when outside surface looks like concrete it means entire structure is concrete...

Overturned house...

This one is completely regular traditional house, it has pitched roof, fireplace tube, one store...
The house just overturned 180 degrees, becouse chimney pipe is a good thing for support entire building on the slop...

White sculpture model three fingers

It has less floor area and two separated forms... Each part has personal level and entire building is better organized relativly to the slope... The pool also shaped same finger-like idea...

It's another type of basement... There is the pool exactly under three supported points of the house.
It will be nice shadow by those cantilevers on the water in hot days. And water makes additional lightings on  the bottom of the house from pool's surface. The goal is house looks like flies above the pool.

The outside surface can be done by corean panels, painted metal panels, painted stucco...
Now I try to find idea for making the roof as entire white piece, or... looks like surface same as those walls...

_ Lago Maggiore turned over piramid variation

This variation is turned over piramid opposit to mountains. It gives the most terrases space for sun and joy. As well as it take minimum place for basement and saves the rock and nature.

_ Lago Maggiore zig-zag variation

This variation gives mostly panoramic view from every permisions of the house.
And in this building is posible to organaise duble ligth inside house, from the front and from the rear.

Three streams goes down through the forest become free and opened to the lake.
